How To Make Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
The Dash Go Rapid Egg Cooker Makes Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
When it comes to making the perfect hard boiled eggs, I had always thought this had to be the most simple of things to do in the kitchen, outside of boiling water. In fact, if I had not known how to boil water, then perhaps I would not even be able to get to step number two: boil the eggs. However, I have tried many ways to hard boil an egg, but what almost always messes me up is the peeling process, but thanks to the Dash Go Rapid Egg Cooker, I now can make and peel the perfect hard boiled eggs.
For many years I had failed at this relatively simply task of making hard boiled eggs. I have sadly watched YouTube videos, and read recipes, where some call for adding salt to your water, others say boil the eggs for 13 minutes, others say do not even have the eggs on the stove after the water has boiled. But which ever method I would choose, when it came to peeling eggs, I always would lose. Then about two months ago on a trip to one of the large, big-box superstores, so now you know, my spouse came home with the Dash Go! At first I was like, “What the heck is this thing?” But after opening up the package and seeing that I could not only make soft, medium and hard boiled eggs, but also poached eggs and as an added bonus, omelets, though I was still skeptical I had to give it a try.
Using the Dash Go Rapid Egg Cooker is really easy. For example, to make hard boiled eggs, simply fill up the water to the designated line on the cup/egg piercer. Then pour the water on to the heating element, resting the egg rack on top of the heating element. Next, take each egg on the narrow side and pierce each egg with the egg piercer (on the bottom of the water cup). You can then place from one to seven eggs on the egg rack, close the domed lined, press start and in about 10 minutes or so, you will have perfectly hard “steamed” not boiled eggs. I have noticed several times that out of the small pierced hole, I will occasionally see some egg-white weeping, but that’s okay.Once the eggs are finished, I then take a slotted spoon and place each egg into a bowl filled with cold water. Although the eggs are steaming hot, once they are placed in the cold water, I can almost immediately start to peel the eggs. I have to say, prior to using the Dash Go Rapid Egg Cooker, I could never peel a perfect egg, but I can honestly say that the majority of my eggs have peeled perfectly and I have yet to embarrass myself when making deviled eggs from the eggs I’ve made with The DASH go.
Speaking of deviled eggs, the Dash Go Rapid Egg Cooker comes with a great cookbook filled with plenty of great recipes, so if you are like me, you will ave a great time with The DASH Go Rapid Egg Cooker anytime.
